Welcome to Cuplido! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cuplido mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Cuplido ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service description

Cuplido provides personalized relationship activity recommendations and gentle reminders to help couples strengthen their connection through meaningful experiences. Our platform learns your preferences to suggest indoor and outdoor activities tailored to your relationship. The Service includes both free features and premium subscription plans.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account registration and security

You may register using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately through our contact form if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. Specifically, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Be respectful of your partner and others in the community
• Not use the Service for any illegal or harmful activities
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Not use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content

5. Subscriptions and payments

Cuplido offers premium subscription plans (monthly and yearly) through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store.

6. Privacy and data

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Cuplido, you consent to our data practices as outlined in that policy.

7. Content and intellectual property

All content provided by Cuplido, including activity suggestions, recommendations, text, graphics, logos, and platform features, are owned by Cuplido or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cuplido and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service or participation in suggested activities. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cuplido and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of your country of residence. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of your jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and, where possible, through in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
